Q: Can I order fireworks over the internet?: A:

Yes! Due to strict state regulations, you may be unable to purchase certain types of fireworks in your state. Class B fireworks are not available for sale to any state.
Q: How can I get a Class B price list?: A:

Just go to our Contact Us page and send us a request for the 2010 list.
Q: I live in (New York, NewJersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, Rhode Island). Why can I not buy fireworks here?: A:

State laws do not permit the sale and use of fireworks in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Rhode Island.
Q: How can I know what a particular fireworks item will do?: A:

All Boom Town Fireworks item labels come with instructions on proper usage of the product as well as a full description of what effects you can expect. You can also click on our Video Gallery link to see your favorite Boom Town items in action!
Q: Do you have a return policy?: A:

Yes. Please click on our Return Policy link for full details.
Q: Can I ship my fireworks order?: A:

Yes. If you live within 50 miles of our location in Dyer, Indiana and place an order of at least $250, we'll deliver to you for free. All other orders, regardless of the order amount, are charged a flat rate of $100. Our fireworks ship via freight by the skid only, so we charge the same for one box or 20 cases.
