Shipping Policy
SHIPPING - Within Store Radius (approximately 50 miles)
Orders over $250 within a radius of 50 miles from our store in Dyer, IN will be delivered free of charge. Orders under $250 will be subject to a freight charge of $100.
SHIPPING - Outside of Store Radius
Boom Town Fireworks carefully packages their goods to insure that our customers receive their fireworks in original condition. Boom Town has a negotiated rate of $100 per palette. If your order fits on a palette, the shipping will be a flat fee of $100 within the continental United States. We do not ship outside our borders or to Alaska, Hawaii or any US Territories.
Shipping Options
Customers of Boom Town Fireworks can receive or pick up their order in four different ways:
- Delivery to a business or residential address.
- Pick-up at Boom Town Fireworks (720 Joliet ( US 30) Dyer, IN 46311. Picking up the shipment from Boom Town Fireworks avoids any shipping costs all together and allows our customers to meet face to face with a Boom Town sales representative (click here for directions to our store).
Fireworks Shipping Restrictions
Boom Town will only ship items that are legally permitted at the shipping destination. Please be informed about your state firework law. You may refer to our legal page to learn more about state firework law. Boom Town will not ship any type of firework to the State of California, New York or Ohio.

Damaged Goods
Boom Town ships all orders in excellent condition. The fireworks are inspected and the boxes we use are designed to transport fireworks. Boom Town recommends that you inspect the firework boxes when you receive your order with the delivery driver present. If the exterior of the boxes are visibly damaged (water damage, rips, major dents, etc), Boom Town recommends that you open the boxes with the delivery driver present and take note of any damaged fireworks. Please contact Boom Town immediately after your discovery of the damaged goods and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you discover that the fireworks have been damaged after you receive your order, please call Boom Town and let us know the details. Again, we will work with you to solve any problems.
